- The scheme is valid from 27th April 2009 to 30th September 2009.
- It is applicable for property or properties purchased through PRIMO ESTATES PVT. LTD. worth Rs. 20 lakhs and above.
- The purchased property can be a Land, Apartment, Bungalow or an office premises either for residential or commercial or for both purposes.
- The property can be new or one on resale.
- When a buyer completes a transaction of booking/buying a property he has to fill in a lucky draw form to participate in the Lucky draw.
- For every sale of 20 properties, one Tata NANO car will be given to one lucky winner through a publicly held lucky draw among the participating set of 20 lucky draw forms. Primo Estates Pvt Ltd will take care of ex showroom price of the car and the winner has to pay all the statutory taxes including road tax, insurance etc.
- The rest of the 19 participants will get the guaranteed gift i.e. white goods amount not exceeding Rs.3000/-.
- If for any reason the winner of the car decides not to take the car he or she can opt for cash equaling a sum of Rs.100000/- (Rupees One Lac only). This amount will be given by account payee cheque after deduction of applicable taxes.
- If the total number of properties sold under the scheme are less than 20, then only the guaranteed gift i.e. white goods amount not exceeding Rs.3000/- will be applicable.
- Primo Estates Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change, modify the gifts offered with gifts of equivalent value, and withdraw or extend the offer without any prior notice and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
- Property is also available without this offer.
- The winner has to pay all the taxes on the amount of the gifts as per the Indian laws at the time of the collection of the gifts.
- In case of non availability of the product an alternative gift of equivalent value shall be given as per the company’s decision.
- Gifts can only be redeemed after confirmation is received from the property developer for the said transaction.
- The model and colour of the car/gifts will be subject to availability and may not necessarily be as per the choice of the winner.
- All gift models shown in the marketing collaterals are representative only and the shape and size of actual products may vary.
- Bank finance at the sole discretion of the bank.
- Gifts to be collected by customer not earlier than 15 days from the date of draw, however every effort shall be made by Primo Estates Pvt. Ltd. to provide the gift at the earliest.
- All gifts are to be collected from the office of Primo Estates Pvt. Ltd., 12-A, Lord Sinha Road, 4th floor, Suite # 403, Kolkata – 700071, within 1 (one) month from the date of draw, and after that no gifts will be issued nor any correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
- The date of the draw(s) can be obtained from our web site www.primoestates.com or by calling the Primo Estates office.
- In case of any disputes the decision of the company PRIMO ESTATES PVT. LTD. is full and final and no discussion on the same will be entertained.
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in kolkata.
